the independent contractors many home health care agencies use, each
of our Home Health Aides is a certified and fully insured Golden Care
employee. This approach to staffing brings us the best talent available
and allows for closer oversight, ultimately resulting in superior care.
We carefully screen each candidate for his or her technical competence,
interpersonal skills and character.
At a minimum, each of our caregivers is a Certified
Home Health Aide or Certified Nurse's Assistant and has: - At least
three years of experience working privately in a patient's home - Three
letters of reference - A physical exam and TB test - A criminal check
