Golden Care employs a team approach to care delivery that is both extremely personal and highly efficient. From the initial home visit or hospital evaluation to weekly communiqués from your Case Manager to the daily care provided by your personal Home Health Aide, all of our services are carefully coordinated.
Karen Gould pays a personal visit to every prospective client's home or hospital room to evaluate their needs with a skilled eye and recommend a customized plan of care.
Our Case Managers works with Karen to select a Home Health Aide whose skill set, temperament, personal interests and work schedule match your family member's needs and preferences.

ur Case Managers are a set of much-needed eyes and ears for distant family members. They check on client and caregiver regularly to make sure the patient's changing needs are being met.
Trust your Case Manager to keep you up-to-date with regular phone calls and e-mail. What happens if a Home Health Aide can't come to work? At Golden Care, back-up caregivers are always available. Our on-call service is available 24/7 for assistance with client and Home Health Aide emergencies.
