Dear
Golden Care… Living overseas is a difficult situation for any child of
an aging parent, but knowing someone from your organization was at the
house was a great comfort to me. When circumstances created a temporary
need for more care, Golden Care was always there. Dad's Case Manager
could not have been more understanding and on top of things.
Dear Golden Care….. The Home Health Aides were
a pleasure to have in our home. They cared for my mother as if she were
their own. Please know what a precious gift this care has been. All
of my interactions with my mother's Case Managers and your Billing Department
were outstanding. All of your employees were competent, courteous and
caring.
Dear Golden Care….. Your Home Health Aide has been
steady, consistent and very attentive to my mother's needs. She called
to alert me to changes in my mother's medical and mental conditions,
oversaw her medication refills and provided me with a weekly grocery
list. All of this attention to detail allowed me to spend quality time
with my mother when I visited.
Dear Golden Care….. As my mother's health began
to deteriorate, our Home Health Aide's role changed from that of a companion
to a caretaker, but really, she was more of a loving mother than a caretaker.
I was also very pleased with the supervision, oversight and backup support
provided by Golden Care.
Dear Golden Care….. You Aide first came to care
for my sister-in-law last April. Her capability to organize and put
things in order was evident immediately. She maintained a safe and scrupulously
clean environment and gave close, prompt attention to ever personal
need. Although my sister-in-law could not see her, she could feel her
compassion and understanding, accompanied by great respect for her dignity
and well-being.
Dear Golden Care….. It's hard to express my gratitude
to your organization for enabling me to keep my mother at home during
her last few months. I was apprehensive about the reliability of an
agency, but the aides were competent, kind, caring, professional and
reliable. I feel so fortunate to have found you.
